Description: “Corporate America” is neither as sinister nor as sophisticated as Hollywood and the headlines often suggest. This talk offers an insider’s perspective on the corporate world, revealing its very human realities through the experience of someone who has worked extensively within it.

Presenter: Jim Turner, Executive Coach, Corporate Board Member, and Retired Executive

Jim Turner is an executive coach who helps CEOs and top business executives accelerate their growth, maturity, and self-awareness as leaders. He is also an independent board member of Surf Internet, an Elkhart, Indiana fiber internet growth company backed by Bain Capital and Post Road Group, where he serves on the company’s audit committee.  Jim received his law degree cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law in 1984 following completion of his bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in 1981. Jim also successfully completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2001 and the Reactor Technology Course for Utility Executives at MIT in 2008.
