Visit the BSU Nature Lab at 11am for Tracks, Trails, & Tales, our weekly summer story time. Gather around the campfire rug to hear a different nature-themed story each week. Story time will be followed by a craft, activity, and/or a guided nature walk. All ages are welcome, but stories and activities will skew towards our younger audience members.
July 30: The Hike, by Alison Farrell
Listeners will follow along as Wren, El, and Hattie explore their local forest. The children identify creatures, spot tracks, write poetry, and use maps to guide their way.
After story time, visitors are encouraged to join our Environmental Educator for a (weather dependent) guided nature walk through Christy Woods.
