Pokémon Go! to the Greenhouse

Have you ever imagined yourself as a Pokémon trainer? Or wondered what Pokémon might live in a forest, or a jungle, or a pond? Visit the Rinard Orchid Greenhouse and Nature Lab on Saturday, August 22nd, to update your Pokédex and search for (pictures of) Pokémon throughout our spaces. Each Pokémon will be located in an area similar to its real-life habitat, and provide fun facts about the real plants and animals that inspired one of our favorite shows. After the scavenger hunt, come back to the Nature Lab to complete games and activities to learn more about Pokémon, their habitats, and more. All ages are welcome to join us, and while supplies last, households and students can receive one free houseplant from the Rinard Orchid Greenhouse.
