Conversations in Entrepreneurship and Leadership Series with Aaron Prickel

Aaron Prickel has served as a management consultant with Lushin since 2007. As a sales trainer, consultant, and resource to both clients and colleagues, he helps strengthen teams and develop practical approaches to business development and sales.

Prickel encourages clients to remain true to their values, strengths, and organizational missions. He adapts his training style to meet the needs of each individual and focuses on making effective sales strategies understandable, practical, and sustainable.

In 2015, Prickel received the Achievement Award from Ball State University’s Miller College of Business. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors and cheering on his three children at their sporting events.
