theatre production poses on stage - A closer picture of a large ensemble is posing onstage. Some of them are pointing out to the audience or to the side. They are wearing 1930s inspired clothing and many of them have suitcases. There is a backdrop behind them which has the image of a city.

Our dynamic production season enriches the education of our students and allows for an extension of the skills they are learning in the classroom. At the same time, we hope to take you, our audience and extended family, on an unforgettable journey as you experience these stories with us. We look forward to seeing you at the theatre this year!

In person—Visit the College of Fine Arts Box Office in the lobby of Sursa Hall, on the corner of McKinley and Riverside and across the street from Emens Auditorium.

Subscriptions and single tickets will be on sale starting August 1. The box office is open for in-person sales Monday-Friday from 12-5 p.m. and for one hour before each performance during the school year. This excludes University breaks.

Box Office Hours and Location

Location

In the lobby of Sursa Hall, on the corner of McKinley and Riverside and across the street from Emens Auditorium. Patrons can use the circle drive located on Riverside to visit the Box office during business hours.

Hours

The College of Fine Arts Box Office hours are noon-5 p.m. Monday through Friday and one hour before each performance at the production venue.

The College of Fine Arts Box Office is closed during Ball State's winter and summer breaks.

Venue Locations and Parking

Patrons can use the Ball State Map App to assist with locating Venues and Parking on Campus.

For University Theatre and the Arts and Communications Building, which houses
- Strother Theatre (TH100)
- Cave Theatre (AC 007)
- We recommend parking lot P7, the New York Avenue Parking Garage, or in the McKinley Parking Garage (R7).
For Sursa Hall, we recommend the McKinley Parking Garage (R7), G7, or G9
For Korsgaard Dance Studio, located in Ball Gym Rm. 213, we recommend parking lot R11, G14 or G15

Please note: most parking lots are free after 5 pm and garages after 7 pm on weekdays, and all parking on campus is free on weekends and holidays. Patrons who may have a hard time walking longer distances may be dropped off at the North-bound bus stop near the electronic Theatre and Dance marquee on McKinley Avenue for University Theatre, Strother Theatre, or Cave Theatre events, Sursa Hall's circle drive on Riverside for School of Music events, or next to Ball Gym using R11's drive for Korsgaard Dance Studio events.

Group Sales

Contact our box office to inquire about group sales. We offer discounts to groups of 10 or more attending the same performance of any College of Fine Arts Box Office event.

Ticket Policies

All sales are final. No refunds are available.
Exchanges are only available to subscribers.
Subscribers may exchange their tickets in person or via phone for another performance of the same production up to 24 hours in advance.
ADA section seating or accommodation requests can be made by calling 765-285-8749 or emailing the College of Fine Arts Box Office
Tickets are null and void 10 minutes prior to curtain time. It is recommended to be in your seat by 15 minutes prior to curtain time.
Students are children age 13 and older, college students with ID; Seniors are age 62 and older; Child tickets are for those age 12 and under.
