If you're an incoming freshman or transferring into one of our bachelor's degree programs, you'll need to apply through our Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Anyone planning to pursue a graduate certificate needs to be admitted to our Graduate School.

The Mitchell Early Childhood and Family Center is a partnership between Ball State’s Department of Early Childhood, Youth, and Family Studies and the Muncie YMCA to create an exceptional, high-quality early childcare program for children in the community.
