Major Initiatives

To maximize community impact as well as opportunities for student involvement, we focus activities on a handful of major initiatives. Outreach partnerships, academic courses, studio work, and student thesis and capstone project work are encouraged to tie into these initiatives so they are part of a larger, comprehensive story.

  Information on new urban greenway. 
• IndyConnect
  Rapid Transit initiative for the Indianapolis area.
• Regional Center Plan 2020
  Official plan for downtown Indianapolis.
• Smart Growth District
  A concept for sustainable neighborhood renewal that is one of five federal Sustainable Communities Partnership pilots.
