The planning and implementation of Ball State University’s new budget model is being led by a 16-member steering committee.
The committee consists of two co-chairs—the University’s Chief Strategy Officer and Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs—with a lead support role filled by the Interim Associate Vice President for Budgets and Finance and Assistant Treasure. The remaining members include one representative from each of the seven academic colleges; representatives from the University Council, Faculty Council, and Staff Council; and vice presidents for Ball State’s administrative units.
