About Art
Art Hill (he/him) is a passionate advocate for education, leveraging his experience in marketing, management, and education to create positive change. He currently serves as the Director of Customer Research and Insights at Ball State University, focusing on improving the online learning experience for adult students.
Art has consulted for colleges, non-profits, and Fortune 500 companies. He is a skilled strategist, researcher, and analyst, with a proven track record of developing and implementing customer experience strategies. Art holds a Master of Arts in Executive Development and Public Service and a Bachelor's of Music in Music Technology, both from Ball State University. He is a lifelong learner, recently earning a Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate.
His dedication to education stems from his belief in its power to improve lives. He finds fulfillment in solving problems, proposing solutions, and measuring the positive impact on educational journeys.
