The Office of Governmental Relations will host a conference for MAC government relations staff, to be held concurrently with the MAC President’s Meeting. The conference, which will be October 13–14, will include presentations from state and national experts on topics such as student financial literacy, articulating the value of higher education, and the role of four-year institutions in workforce development conversations. The conference will also provide an opportunity for networking among government relations colleagues.
Hotel accommodations at a discounted rate can be secured at the Courtyard Muncie at the Horizon Convention Center. Reservations must be made by September 16 to receive the discounted rate.
Many of the conference sessions will take place on the campus of Ball State University. Registration fees will be $100 and will include meals for both days of the conference.
