Summer camp opportunities through Ball State University are designed to give students the opportunity to experience a fun filled week under the supervision and mentorship of passionate and caring camp staff.  Camp experiences foster a sense of belonging, compassion, and a lifelong love of experiential learning.  Ball State University partners with the American Camps Association to develop robust and world-class programs to foster a sense of self competency by exploring each individuals self-identity, self-worth, self-esteem, leadership, and self-respect.  Learn more about our different summer camp programs to find the right fit for your child.  

Indiana Youth Programs on Campus (IYPC) Camps

Ball State University is pleased to partner with the Eli Lilly Foundation to host a series of summer camps on our beautiful, state-of-the-art campus. This partnership makes it possible to host students with diverse backgrounds at no cost to the families to give students an opportunity to gain leadership skills, relationship building, and live on campus for a week. Each camp will build on academic topics from each college's expertise and offer sessions in career exploration, college preparation, understanding the value of college education, and exploring co-curricular activities on a college campus. Click each camp offering below to learn more, apply, and have the best week ever with us at Ball State!

Rising high school seniors interested in becoming teachers are invited to join Ball State Teachers College for a week of summer camp to gain valuable experience and build leadership skills while living in a residence hall on the beautiful Ball State University campus. Participate in campus activities, eat in the dining halls, and serve as a junior counselor at Summer Learning Fun at Camp Adventure.

The CCIM Experience is a fully funded, in-person, residential summer workshop for teens (14-18 years old) interested in exploring college and career opportunities in multimedia storytelling or esports. Held on the beautiful campus of Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, workshop participants will utilize the same state-of-the-art facilities, classrooms, and technology that our degree-seeking students use.

The Club MEDIC Summer Experience will allow students to explore their interests in health careers. This week-long camp will allow students (rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors) to experience campus while getting a step ahead on their path to working in health care.
