The Office of Bursar and Loan Administration is responsible for the billing, collecting and depositing of all money owed to and/or collected by Ball State University.  We also determine residency status, setup and maintain Cardinal Cash accounts, and prepare federal tax documents in accordance with the Tax Relief Act of 1997.
