Christy Woods is a fantastic place to observe the changes in the seasons. The 2026 spring vernal equinox takes place on March 20th, and we invite visitors to learn more about the vernal equinox on Saturday, March 21st, from 10-3pm. We will provide early-spring themed activities, focusing on the seasonal changes taking place. Activities will be geared towards our younger audience members.
