On February 14th, 2026, celebrate the holiday with the BSU Field Station & Environmental Education Center! Take your Valentine for a stroll through the Rinard Orchid Greenhouse, full of our late winter blooms. A scavenger hunt will be available for adults and children, full of biological facts about orchids and pollination, along with mythologies referencing orchids. Over in the Nature Lab, create your own paper with our Environmental Educator from paper pulp, and create your own nature-themed Valentine's Day cards. All materials will be provided. Activities are walk-in during our Saturday hours of 10-3pm.
