Ball State University has partnered with Handshake, a career platform that will replace Cardinal Career Link.
Handshake
Beginning Fall 2026, Handshake will be fully functional and open for all employer events, Cardinal Job Fairs, and career coaching appointments.
As of June 22, all Career Coaching appointments will be scheduled through Handshake. Students should create their Handshake profile and sign up online to access career services, schedule appointments, and explore additional career resources. You won't just find access to job postings here. You'll find the digital version of the entire Career Center.
