Ball State's Purchasing Office is located on the far north end of campus in the Service and Stores Building, 3401 N. Tillotson.

What We Do
The Ball State Purchasing Office regulates responsible purchasing practices to assure the successful acquisition of goods and services. Our staff provides a responsible, helpful business environment providing timely results while adhering to the National Association of Educational Procurement code of ethics.

Purchasing Staff Attend NAEP Annual Meeting
The National Association of Educational Procurement (NAEP) held its annual conference in Austin, TX from April 6 to April 9, 2008. This is an international event of the NAEP and is attended by over 500 purchasing professionals representing Colleges and Universities from 42 States, Canada and Great Britain.
