Wetlands Characterization Workshop NREM 320/520
Workshop cost for credit is 3 credit hours No credit cost for the workshop is $750. Wetland Characterization is a five-day workshop course based on the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Wetlands Delineation Manual (1987). National acclaim for Ball State’s Geothermal Project
BSU’s commitment to the environment has been featured in The New York Times, on NPR and David Letterman, and within journals like November’s issue of Water Well Journal and the Christian Monitor. The Department of Energy awarded $ 5 million dollars to Ball State in their efforts accelerate national geothermal energy use. “We have also entertained visitors to the site from Germany, Turkey and all over the US—from Virginia to California” states Ms. Jo Ann Gora, President of Ball State University.
