Quality Customer Service with the Public Sponsor: Learning and Development
Prerequisite:   None
In this session participants will learn how to provide top notch customer service, especially if they have regular contact with the public (IE: people outside of the university). You will learn about building rapport, listening attentively, providing accurate information, locating appropriate resources, and providing customers with what they need. If you work with the public, this is the session for you!
