Leadership Lessons from Two Theaters - Stage and Combat Sponsor: Learning and Development
Prerequisite:   None
Actors perform on stage in a theater and men and women in the military often serve in a combat theater. Managers and supervisors can draw valuable leadership lessons from surprising areas. In this session, two very different types of theater will be considered: the stage where plays portraying life situations are performed and the combat theater where life-and-death situations often occur. Leadership takes many skills, and this session will examine the top 10 lessons to be learned from these two arenas.
