Prerequisite:   None
Roll Out the Red Spirit of Service was designed to instill and cultivate an attitude of superior customer service by all Ball State University employees. The Roll Out the Red program addresses situations that have been identified as critical to daily operations and have a direct impact on the recruitment and retention of potential students. (Registration is by invitation.)
