Roll Out the Red Spirit of Service (LD040) Sponsor: Learning and Development
Prerequisite:   None
Roll Out the Red Spirit of Service was designed to instill and cultivate an attitude of superior customer service by all Ball State University employees. It features a dedicated website and a training program consisting of four BSU-specific customer service on-line training modules and this face-to-face session. The Roll Out the Red program addresses situations that have been identified as critical to daily operations and have a direct impact on the recruitment and retention of potential students. Attendance at this session supports achievement of the BSU Strategic Plan. (Registration is by invitation to new employees.)
