Prerequisite:   None
Ball State has improved customer service through the Roll Out the Red program. How do we move from the bar from good customer service to great? During this session, Jerry Winans from the Ball State Learning and Development Office will share ideas about improving customer service. Using three principles (Simplify, Own the Situation, Show You Care) this session will explore how to move from good to great customer service.
