The Five Dysfunctions of a Team () Sponsor: Excellence in Leadership

ABOUT THE SESSION: Why do some teams fail and others succeed? How do you know when a team is failing? Using Patrick Lencioni’s best-selling book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team as a guide this session will present key concepts in team management. ABOUT THE PRESENTER: Mitch Isaacs has 12 years of student leadership experience spanning three campuses. He graduated from Ball State University in 2002 with a double major in History and Political Science and a minor in Counseling Psychology. Mitch completed his Master's degree in Student Affairs and Higher Education at Indiana State University, where he worked as an Assistant Residence Hall Director. Mitch returned to Ball State in 2005 where he served as a Residence Hall Director for three years. In June 2008 Mitch became the Associate Director of Student Life. Mitch's current responsibilities include the Excellence in Leadership program, Civic Engagement, the Leadership Studies Minor and bringing major speakers to campus.
