Q: I've forgotten my password and I don't have a registered Lifeline email address. What do I do?

A: You must take a picture ID to the Tech Center located in Bracken Library, room 101 to have your password reset.

Q: I tried to change my password but I got an "Authentication Error". My password still works when I go to other sites. Why?

A: It's possible that you left your Caps Lock on when entering your password. Passwords are case-sensitive.

Q: I tried to change my password but I got an "Authentication Error". My old password was working before but after trying to change it it now no longer works at other sites. Why?

A: More than likely you double-clicked on the "Submit Change" button. The first click changed your password successfully and the second click caused the error page to be displayed. (All web links and buttons should be single-clicked.) If this was the case, your new password will work.
