AGC Chemicals Fluon ETFE Film

Bill Fiedler from AGC Chemicals will join us to talk about their ETFE Fluon architectural polymer that can be used for dramatic impact on outdoor architectural applications such as stadiums and greenhouses. The film has a high degree of durability, UV light transparency, and anti-fouling properties. Snacks will be provided; you are welcome to bring a lunch.

The series takes place in the Visual Resources Collection in AB 117 where you’ll also find samples and information about the product categories featured in the presentations. We are happy to provide instructors a list of student attendees for extra-credit purposes. If you have any suggestions for materials or products for a Material Talk in the future, please contact me at 765-285-5865 or bcjohnston@bsu.edu. For more on the Building Material Samples Collection, see the subject guide or stop by the VRC in AB 117.
