Think About It is a collaboration between CampusClarity, a service of LawRoom, and the University of San Francisco Division of Student Life. The research-based online program ensures that Ball State is in compliance with educational requirements of Title IX and the Campus Sexual Violence Elimination (SaVE) Act, an amendment to the Clery Act that expands the scope of the legislation in terms of reporting, response, and prevention education requirements around rape, acquaintance rape, domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. Any personal data gathered during the course is collected for training and reporting purposes and is not shared with third parties.
