Title: PUBLIC SAFETY ADVISORY: Sexual assault (Jan. 14, 2024)

The Ball State University Police Department has received a report of sexual assault occurring at an off-campus location. The incident was reported to have occurred in the 1100 block of West Riverside during the early morning of January 14, 2024, at a social event. Currently, the perpetrator’s identity is unknown but can be described as a white male, approximately 18-22 years old, with some beard growth. The use of an unknown drug has been reported to have occurred in this incident. The perpetrator is currently not in custody.
