The QuickClinic coordinates care with a patient's primary care provider if a chronic health condition or a condition that can not be treated at the Quickclinic is identified or needs further follow up.
The QuickClinic is no longer able to offer annual sport and camp physicals as these are not covered by the Anthem insurance plan for BSU employees. We are still able to provide travel abroad physicals for adults. **If you have already seen your primary care provider for your annual exam , Anthem will not pay for an additional wellness physical such as a travel abroad physical in the same year. If you have the QuickClinic perform the above physical and Anthem does not pay, then you will be receive a bill for the entire cost of the exam.**
Patients may have their blood drawn for laboratory services and we can assist you with questions you may have regarding chronic diseases such as diabetes, asthma, or high cholesterol.
We stop drawing blood a half hour before closing which would be 4:30 PM during Fall/Spring semesters and 4PM during the summer.
We stop giving immunizations at 4PM during Fall/Spring semesters and at 3PM during the summer.
The QuickClinic is conveniently located in the lower level of the Amelia T. Wood Health Center on the Ball State University Campus, Room 008.
