Every January, chapter presidents and IFC, NPHC and PHA executive board officers go on an overnight retreat away from Muncie where they can focus on building relationships and developing goals as a community.

The unique experience offered at the Leadership Summit provides leaders the opportunity to:

  • appreciate the differences in others and develop relationships with people from other chapters
  • begin networking with individuals from the Office of Greek Life and develop a university support system
  • become knowledgeable of upcoming changes and events within our community
  • possess resources to carry out position related duties
  • develop skills to communicate, collaborate and deal with conflict more effectively
  • have conversations about the strengths, weaknesses, and needs of our community
  • leave encouraged, energized, and confident to face challenges ahead
