As a member of a Greek organization at Ball State University, there are a lot of ways to become more involved and become a leader in the community.
You can become involved by holding a position of leadership in your chapter or on the executive boards of the Interfraternity Council, National Pan-Hellenic Council, or Panhellenic Association. Members of these councils participate in the Greek Leadership Summit in January to develop their leadership skills, and have the opportunity to attend national Leadership Conferences.
You can also be involved in one of the Greek Honorary Societies which recognizes members for outstanding contributions to the community: Order of Omega and Rho Lambda. In addition, you can become involved in the Fraternal Values Society which promotes mission and value-focused Greek organizations.
