Spend a few minutes each week in mindful meditation!
Take a deep breath, relax and meditate among the flowers and nature. Join us in the Dr. Joe and Alice Rinard Orchid Greenhouse to experience guided mindful meditation on Thursday, Sept 21 and 28 at 12pm – 12:30pm. No experience necessary. You will be guided through a mindful meditation by our facilitator(s) from the Ball State Counseling Practicum Clinic. All are welcome to attend these free sessions. Folding chairs will be provided.

The Ball State Symphony Orchestra is a flagship ensemble of the School of Music that performs orchestral music from a wide variety of backgrounds and time periods. Program to include pieces by Beethoven, Strauss, and Zimmer, among others.
