Working Well Program

A Mindful Meditation Session over Zoom will be offered Tuesdays and Thursdays. Join us for a short (15-20 minute) guided mindful meditation.  Video and Audio are not needed.  Register by emailing and the Zoom link will be sent to you.

Thoughtful Thursdays – a Mindful Meditation Session is being offered through the BSU Mindful Meditation Partnership and will be led by master’s level students from the Ball State Counseling Practicum Clinic.
