This presentation on Gratitude, Contentment, and Happiness will be focused on cultivating skills for living a more grateful, satisfying, and joyful life. As students in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program, we understand that we are in the midst of a global pandemic. Needless to say, finding things that bring us joy should be at the forefront of our daily living. This presentation will help faculty and staff identify ways to cultivate gratitude (e.g., keeping a daily gratitude journal), enhancing contentment (e.g., practicing radical acceptance), and engaging in everyday activities that may boost happiness (e.g., engaging in play).
Register by emailing email@example.com and the Zoom link invite will be sent to you. Working Well is excited to bring this series to Ball State faculty and staff through a collaboration with the Ball State Counseling Practicum Clinic in the Department of Counseling Psychology, Social Psychology, and Counseling.
