Thoughtful Thursday – a Mindful Meditation Session over Zoom will be offered Thursdays at 12:30-1 p.m. Join us for a short (15-20 minute) guided mindful meditation.  Video and Audio are not needed.  Register by emailing and the Zoom link will be sent to you.

Thoughtful Thursdays – a Mindful Meditation Session is being offered through the BSU Mindful Meditation Partnership and will be led by master’s level students in the Department of Counseling Psychology, Social Psychology, and Counseling. Sessions will be offered over Zoom.
