Working Well Program
Topics like stress and anxiety can seem overwhelming and potentially difficult to understand. Yet it is imperative that parents and influential others learn ways to speak to children about stress and anxiety so that they may effectively cope with their presence. In this presentation, strategies for discussing stress and anxiety in terms that children can understand are shared, as well as suggested strategies for coping with them in the future.
Register by emailing email@example.com and the Zoom link invite will be sent to you. Working Well is excited to bring this series to Ball State faculty and staff through a collaboration with the Ball State Counseling Practicum Clinic in the Department of Counseling Psychology, Social Psychology, and Counseling.
