Join us Wednesday, May 22nd  at 11:30 a.m. for meditation and mindfulness at Frog Baby on the Ball State University campus. The meditation leader is from BSU’s Counseling Center.

No prior meditation experience is necessary. During this meditation experience, the focus will be on visualization relaxation. You will practice a guided meditation that will assist you in creating your own personal getaway to relax, renew, and recharge your body. This skill is one that you can continue to practice in your day to day life in order to provide yourself a moment of peace. Wear comfortable clothing; we recommend bringing a towel, blanket or yoga mat.
