Join us Thursday, May 30th at 12:30 p.m. for meditation and mindfulness outside of Emens on the Ball State University campus. The meditation leader is from BSU’s Counseling Center. 

No prior meditation experience is necessary. During this meditation experience, the focus will be on mindful stretching and body movement. You will practice a guided meditation that focuses on reliving tension in your body and attaining a state of relaxation. Mindful stretching and body movement has been proven to help with reducing your stress, improving your mood, and providing both physical and emotional healing.  Wear comfortable clothing; we recommend bringing a towel, blanket or yoga mat.

* Registration not required but encouraged in the event that there is a weather-related change.
