During this meditation experience, the focus will be on mindful breathing. You will practice a guided meditation to learn how to engage more mindfully with an everyday activity that we may take for granted—breathing! Use of breath can be a core component of mindfulness and a simple, accessible way to work towards engaging in the moment, managing stress, and re-energizing.
