Do you find yourself sitting too much throughout your workday?  Sitting for too long and not getting physical activity is bad for your health!  Come have fun with us and learn about stretches and exercises you can do during the workday at your desk.   Choose from one of two sessions being offered.  Use the registration link to sign up for the session that works for you.
