Visit the David Owsley Museum of Art and explore the Japanese art of hand embroidery known as sashiko in this hands-on workshop related to the current special exhibition Fibers of Being: Textiles from Asia in the David Owsley Museum of Art's Collection. Learn about the history of the technique and be guided through stitching your own piece.

This workshop is free and open to the public, but registration by November 1 is required.
