Sleep, diet, and exercise interact to affect our performance and ability to work well. Come explore how to maintain healthy habits as you end the semester and move into the summer months.
These sessions are offered through Engagement, Wellbeing & Culture (Working Well) in collaboration with the Ball State Counseling Practicum Clinic in the Department of Counseling Psychology, Social Psychology, and Counseling. Sessions are held every Wednesday from 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM via Zoom.
After you register, you will receive an email confirmation with the Zoom link and Outlook calendar invites for all sessions you requested.
