Amanda is originally from Leo, Indiana but relocated to Muncie 10 years ago to attend Ball State University where she met her husband. After graduating with a degree in Family Consumer Science Education Amanda accepted a teaching position locally and taught for 7 years in the public education setting. In 2020 she took a leap and joined the Purdue Extension Team as the Health and Human Science Educator. She served in Jay County for two years before coming to Delaware County in 2023. She loves this role and enjoys teaching classes about health, food, finances and family.
