Presenter Frederick Suppe, associate professor emeritus of history will answer such questions as: Who invented the A.D. dating system? Why does the date for Easter change each year? What is the reason for Leap Years? Dr. Suppe will discuss the history of how our modern calendar system developed during the Middle Ages, thanks to monks in monasteries and the Venearble Bede.
