An evening with Ball State at Electric Works

Join the Office of Industry Engagement and the Ball State Alumni Association for an evening with Ball State University at Electric Works with a reception from 5-7 p.m. and remarks from President Geoffrey S. Mearns at 5:30 p.m.

This FREE event schedule is as follows:

3:00 pm: Student Engagement Exhibit - GE Club, Building 23

R. Wayne Estopinal College of Architecture and Planning students will be exhibiting their work created through engagement with the neighborhood adjacent to Electric Works.

4:00 pm: Customer Experience Excellence (CXX) Workshop - Building 27A

Greg Zirkle, Director of Executive Education in the Miller College of Business, will provide this free training to preview our offerings.

*In this interactive session, you will learn the key drivers of customer experience, begin mapping your organization's own customer touch-points, and leave with actionable insights to apply.

5:00 pm: Reception - The Forum, Building 27A
