Jeffrey Nytch enjoys a diverse career as a composer, educator, arts administrator, and consultant. His compositions have been performed throughout the U.S. and Europe by artists such as Richard Stoltzman, the Colorado Symphony, the NY Chamber Symphony, Seattle Symphony, and many others. Nytch also served six seasons as managing director of The Pittsburgh New Music Ensemble (“PNME”), during which time the group grew its audience by 500% and tripled its budget. Since joining the faculty of The University of Colorado-Boulder as director of the Entrepreneurship Center for Music (in 2009), he has expanded the curriculum, launched a weekly professional development series, and partnered with the Leeds School of Business to create an 18-credit Certificate in Music Entrepreneurship.
