Join Fifth House Ensemble for an interactive session on building arts integrated activities in the classroom that fuse arts-based core curricular learning goals and standards. Members of Fifth House will share sample classroom and assembly activities from their work in public schools and social service settings, as well as student outcomes observed through evaluation and research. Learn the basics of arts integration, and practice creating activities that develop cross-disciplinary thinking and support diverse learning styles.
Also, don't miss Journey-LIVE on Friday, January 25 at 7:30 p.m. in Emens Auditorium. Fifth House musicians will perform an interactive arrangement of the Grammy-nominated score as they respond to the actions of game players on stage in real time.
