Join Ball State oboe professor Lisa Kozenko and guest artist Alex Klein for a day filled with master classes, mock auditions and feedback, oboe ensembles, practice tips, and meet and greet time.
Grammy Award-winning guest artist Alex Klein is recognized as one of the world’s leading oboists. He was principal oboe with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra (CSO) under Daniel Barenboim until 2004, leaving the position due to the onset of Musician’s Focal Dystonia, but returned to the CSO under Riccardo Muti in 2016 in a continuing effort to suppress the consequences of Dystonia.
