Experience physics, chemistry, and biology at Ball State University’s Society of Physics Students’ annual CLASH OF THE SCIENCES! Learn about the physics of motion! Watch chemical reactions happen in real time! Meet new friends from the animal kingdom! Interact with physics experiments!
Join the Society of Physics Students, the Student Affiliates of the American Chemical Society, and the Wildlife Society for a fun day of scientific exploration at Ball State University! At this event, undergraduate student organizations will present interactive science demonstrations in the topics of physics, astronomy, chemistry, and zoology. The event will conclude in Ball State’s own Charles W. Brown planetarium with prizes and a planetarium show.
When: Saturday, November 9, 2019, from 12:30-3:00 PM
Who: This is a family-friendly event with content aimed at students in first through eighth grade.
Where: Cooper Science Complex at Ball State University. Enter through the Planetarium entrance on the west side of the building.
Parking: There are parking lots located on the west side of the Cooper Science Building and on the corner of N McKinley Avenue and W Ashland Avenue.
All attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
