Dusty Simmons is a strategist by day, a marketer at heart, and a big believer in credit unions. As the Executive Vice President of Strategic Operations at Financial Center First Credit Union in Indianapolis, she leads the growth and experience lines of business for her organization. Her passion lies in helping others grow and develop to move business and innovation forward in the financial services space. Dusty received her degree from Ball State and is currently completing the CEO Institute certification through CUES. She is an alum of the Indiana Credit Union League’s ignite program and advocates for credit unions on Capitol Hill annually. A resident of Greenwood, Dusty spends her free time coaching recreational sports for middle schoolers and traveling with her two teenage daughters.
