Ball State's top two concert bands present a very special Halloween Spooktacular! Enjoy spooky vibes and feel free to wear your costume. Tickets available for purchase in person or online through the College of Fine Arts Box Office starting August 1. This concert will also be livestreamed. Caution: This performance will include the use of flashing lights.
