Videos and films may be booked by Ball State faculty, staff, and students for a scheduled presentation on a specific date. Bookings can be made by

using the online Video/Film Booking Request Form to reserve the video to pick up later.

Videos and films circulate 4 days to faculty, staff, and students. Materials must be returned by the date and time the item is due to avoid overdue fines.

Course Reserves

Any title in the Educational Technology and Resources Collection, as well as personal copies of print or nonprint materials, can be placed on course reserve to assure availability for class assignments. Reserve materials on 2 or 4 hour loan periods may be viewed in house. Call 765-285-5340 for assistance with reserves.

Requests for Materials

Faculty members should request titles for consideration through their department’s library representative in order to use departmental funds for purchase.

Faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to request titles for consideration by filling out the Library Material Suggestion Form.

Requests to preview or rent media materials not held in the Educational Technology and Resources Collection should also be submitted via the departmental library representative. Personnel not associated with an academic department who need to rent or preview media should contact Library Acquisitions directly.
